Donations
We consider our ministry as much a service to our donors as it is to the families who receive their donations. We enable you to minister to your community through us, and your generous donations make all this possible.
Our volunteers
will:
v
try to
meet your deadline
v
see
that your donations go directly to families in need, usually within 1-2 weeks
v
move
items from inside your home – even up or down stairs
v
help
the elderly with downsizing
v
take
used beds and mattresses as long as they are not soiled
* We recognize a special ministry in assisting families in disposing of items in the residences of deceased family members. Please recommend us to friends and neighbors in need of this service.
We take:

Clean
and usable furniture items
v
If we
are already coming for larger items, we will also take small household items
such as:
Linens,
kitchenware, small appliances, vacuum cleaners, lamps
We do not take:

Soiled,
Ripped or Broken Furniture – We have no facility for cleaning and repair.

Large
Appliances – Most of our clients live in subsidized apartments.

Sofa
Beds – Unfortunately a liability for our volunteers
